When a patient expressed concern that their test results wouldn’t be ready before an
important appointment, Brooke Logan, Phlebotomy Services specialist in the South
Region, took immediate action. She personally ensured that the patient’s specimens
were delivered on time, driving them herself to West Bend for processing.

“Brooke assured the patient she’d make sure the results were ready,” said her
supervisor, Abigail Donath “And she did just that, going above and beyond to keep the
patient’s care on track. Thank you, Brooke, for your dedication and for delivering the
exceptional quality our patients deserve.”
