Inspiration in Action: Jessica Linsmeyer’s lifetime impact on a patient

As an RN who has grown into the role of clinical manager in the North Region, Jessica Linsmeyer shares how a single moment can shape a lifetime. Early in her nursing career, she cared for a young woman close to her own age who had been admitted after an accident. Jessica offered the kind of presence nurses bring every day: clinical excellence, calm and compassion. Years later, she learned that the patient became a nurse herself, inspired by her own experience of receiving care and support.

That experience continues to guide Jessica’s leadership. It reminds her that every interaction has the power to build trust and inspire others.
